Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 Installation Wizard: Error verifyng signature of redistributable component CAB file. re-run Setup and download the CAB file from the correct location or choose the AutoDownload option.

Solution:

Open the CAB file and install all the 3 files inside it and then run the BizTalk installer.
